NBA games today on TV (25th March 2023): Which games will be televised today?

A mouthwatering matchup tonight between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic will headline tonight
A mouthwatering matchup tonight between Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic will headline tonight's NBA schedule.

The NBA opens tonight’s schedule with an afternoon tip-off (5:00 PM ET) between the Indiana Pacers and Atlanta Hawks. Bally Sports Atlanta and Bally Sports Indiana will air the game live.

Three hours later, the visiting Brooklyn Nets will take on the Miami Heat in Florida. Bally Sports Sun and YES will cover the game locally.

A marquee matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and Denver Nuggets will take center stage at 9:00 PM ET. The game will air on NBA TV nationally and will be covered locally by ALT and Bally Sports Wisconsin.

After a closely-fought loss to the Golden State Warriors last night, the Philadelphia 76ers will proceed to Phoenix for a battle against the Suns. Bally Sports Arizona and NBC Sports Philadelphia will simulcast the game locally.

Two of the NBA’s most surprising teams, the Utah Jazz and Sacramento Kings, will open hostilities at 10:00 PM ET. Bally Sports California and ATTSN-RM will feature the game live locally.

The New Orleans Pelicans and LA Clippers will cap off the night with a matchup at 10:30 PM in Hollywood. Local coverage will come from BSSC, ClipperVision and Bally Sports New Orleans.

All games are also available via the NBA League Pass except the one on national TV.

A blockbuster battle between the last two winners of the NBA MVP award will commence in Denver

One of the NBA’s biggest matchups will happen tonight in Denver when the visiting Milwaukee Bucks take on the Nuggets. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic will be front and center in this marquee battle.

Jokic, who has led the MVP race for most of the season, is trying to lead the Nuggets to regain their old and deadly form.

Denver are only 3-5 in their past eight games. The Nuggets’ struggles have allowed the Philadelphia 76ers' Joel Embiid and the Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo to make the best player of the year more interesting.

How Antetokounmpo and Jokic will fare against each other while grabbing the win could have a lot of sway in the MVP voting.

Milwaukee (53-20) is only 2.5 games ahead of the Boston Celtics (51-23) for the best record in the East. Last year, the Bucks punted in the last few games, allowing the Celtics to hold home-court advantage throughout the playoffs. They lost to Boston in seven games at TD Garden.

The Bucks might want to make sure they get that decisive edge for a potential playoff showdown. There is an incentive for them to still win as many games as possible.

Ditto for the Denver Nuggets (49-24) who are 3.0 games ahead of the Memphis Grizzlies (46-47) for the top spot in the Western Conference. Denver’s recent slide has allowed the Grizzlies and Sacramento Kings (44-29) to close the gap.

If the current standings hold, tonight’s matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and the Denver Nuggets could be a preview of the NBA Finals.
