Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green has launched a new project, but it's not related to basketball. On Thursday, Green announced a show with NFL insider Jordan Schultz, where they will talk about football. This surprised NBA fans, leading to a frenzy on X (formerly Twitter).
The show is called "Why is Draymond Green Talking About Football? With Jordan Schultz." It will reportedly air every Thursday at 7:30 p.m., before Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime, under OBB Media.
Green talked about the reason behind his decision to start a football-centric show.

"Those who know me know I’ve loved football since I was a little kid. To this day, I love watching football even more than I love watching basketball," Green said. "A very fun part of this show for me is getting to see the inside work of an insider that I don’t often get to see as a player. I’m excited for people to hear our diverse perspectives coming together to talk football."

"Ya we could tell you like football more than basketball," another fan cited his countless physical incidents in the NBA.
"We know that’s his second sport," a fan joked online.
Other fans had some jokes for the host of "The Draymond Green Show."
"Bro should start an MMA show," one fan said.
"I mean he already tackles people in NBA games so he’s basically a football player to me🤷🏾♂️," another wrote.
"Thought he would be more of a wrestling fan," a fan said.
Green and Schultz started recording their episodes in September but waited until the start of the NBA preseason games to make the official announcement.
In college, the four-time NBA champion practiced with the Michigan State Spartans football team. He also played the tight end position for two plays at the 2011 Green-White spring football game.
Jordan Schultz is excited for Draymond Green's new football show
Jordan Schultz said he's looking forward to working with Draymond Green in their new show. He added that he's constantly learning something new from the NBA star in their show.
"“I’m excited about this show because I think football fans will quickly fall in love with Draymond’s passion for the game and his perspective as an elite athlete," Schultz said.
Just like him, Schultz expects fans to learn from the Warriors star through the show.
