Trey Jemison III once opened up about "not backing down" while giving LeBron and Luka the license to "kill"
LA Lakers center Trey Jemison III once gave his opinion on "not backing down" against opponents, as he discussed how his team should approach games. Jemison, who signed with the Lakers as a two-way player in January, became an integral part of the team after Anthony Davis' trade to the Dallas Mavericks.
During a post-game conference in February, Jemison expressed his views on teams trying to win in LA while urging his team to help James and Doncic.
"Take your time, love it, it's that aggressiveness, no backing down. If you want this win, you have to come fight us, literally fight us … let Bron and Luka go kill and let us do our dirty work," he expressed.
Jemison played 22 games for the Lakers during the season, amassing 2.5 points and 2.8 rebounds per game. However, he didn't feature for the team in their playoff series loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
