“The Chicago Bulls don't have control of their draft pick this year” – Brian Windhorst raises concern over mid-season Bulls trade, could go all in for Victor Wembanyama or Scoot Henderson

After a successful last season, the Chicago Bulls and their dynamic duo of Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan have set their sights on improving this season. However, NBA analyst Brian Windhorst feels injuries to key players Lonzo Ball and Alex Caruso could force the front office to make some tough decisions during the season.

With potential superstars Victor Wembanyama and Scoot Henderson projected to go early in next year's draft, the team could look to enter the great 'tank bowl' in hopes of securing one of the two young prospects.

Windhorst said:

"The Chicago Bulls don't have control of their draft pick this year. They may be faced with a tough situation at midseason about which direction to go, especially if these guys aren't healthy."

Although the team acquired veterans Goran Dragic and Andre Drummond, they could fall short in a stacked Eastern Conference. For example, the Cleveland Cavaliers acquired Donovan Mitchell and the Atlanta Hawks added All-Star caliber talent in Dejounte Murray.

With lingering injuries and a lack of shooting on the wings, the team's ceiling seems to have remained exactly where it was last season.
