Tristan Thompson and Khloe Kardashian have been split up for some time now, but the two are about to become neighbors. A recent story broke the news that the former NBA champion has bought a come near his former partner.

According to Page Six, Tristan Thompson recently bought a mansion in Hidden Hills, California. The story also cited that his new property is within walking distance of Khloe Kardashian's estate.

Thompson and Kardashian started dating in 2016, but decided to go their separate ways in 2021. One of the main reasons the two ended up splitting was because there were rumors of infidelity in their relationship.

While there were rumors that the pair have gotten back together, Kardashian has denied them. That being said, she is still supportive of Thompson and says good things about him.

Thompson has played 11 seasons in the NBA, but is currently a free agent. The veteran center recently had a workout for the LA Lakers, but no deal came about. He has connections with the Lakers as he and LeBron James played alongside one another for years with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

At 32 years old, thompson still has something to give an NBA roster. He most recently played last season. In 57 games last year, he posted averages of 6.0 points and 5.1 rebounds for three different teams.

While some might find it weird that Tristan Thompson bought a home close to Khloe Kardashian, it makes sense to some degree. They may have split up romantically, but they still co-parent multiple children together.

During their time together, Thompson and Kardashian welcomed two children into the world. The first was their daughter, True, who is about four years old. The pair also have an infant son, but his name was never released to the public. Now living so close to one another, it should make their lives as a parents as little bit simpler.

Earlier this month, Kardashian posted a picture of Thompson and their children on Instagram. In the caption, she praised him for being a good father.
