The Dallas Mavericks, led by Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, hosted the Orlando Magic on Sunday at the American Airlines Center. With Magic star Paolo Banchero sidelined, Doncic and Co. had little trouble dispatching the visitors 108-85. The Mavs improved their record to 4-2 following the win.

Before the game, the Mavericks posted a video of players walking up the steep tunnel to the arena. A few, including Doncic, seemed to struggle going up the inclined walkway. "The Don" was not spared from fans' jokes, with one saying:

“Tubs struggling to walk up that hill”

Another added:

“Shoulders in, a** back yea he's fat”

One fan said:

“LMFAOOO i thought u was trollin na why he hunched like that”

Another fan commented:

“He looks like he has to poop”

A Doncic supporter put the trolling in perspective:

“and still dropping 3ple doubles in his sleep”

Luka Doncic didn’t drop a triple-double against Orlando but he was dominant. He had 32 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in 32 minutes. The Magic had no answer to his dominance on Sunday.

Jamahl Mosley, the Mavericks’ former assistant coach who now calls the shots for the Magic, threw everything he could at the Slovenian star. Still, Doncic had his way against their visitors. Jalen Suggs and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Orlando's best perimeter defenders, didn’t have sustained success in slowing him down.

Luka Doncic and the Mavericks remain in Dallas for three more games

After the win against the Orlando Magic, the Dallas Mavericks will continue their five-game homestand.

Luka Doncic’s team will host the Indiana Pacers less than 24 hours after the Magic game. The Mavs will remain at American Airlines Center to face the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday before battling the star-studded Phoenix Suns two nights later.

In the next three games, the players will have to walk past the same incline that seemed to give a handful of them trouble. Hunched or not, expect “Luka Legend” to put on a show against their opponents.
