Veteran NBA analyst Skip Bayless showed his support for Donald Trump ahead of the 2024 presidential election on Tuesday. Bayless admitted that he doesn't agree with some of Trump's views, but he believes in the former president's leadership skills.

Speaking on the latest episode of "The Skip Bayless Show," the former ESPN and Fox Sports analyst endorsed Trump over Kamala Harris. Bayless pointed out that it's better to be "lucky than blessed," alluding the the assassination attempt of the presidential candidate.

"Let me say this about Donald Trump: I do not share many of his views, but I do believe he's a natural-born leader who isn't afraid to make tough decisions," Bayless said. "(He) has been very lucky through his life. See that little scar on his ear as opposed to a hole in his head. I'll go with lucky over blessed because I'm not sure either he or Kamala truly believe in a higher power, truly worship that higher power, truly pray for divine guidance."

Donald Trump thinks he's as Greek as Giannis Antetokounmpo

In one of his campaign rallies in Milwaukee last week, Donald Trump discussed the heritage of Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo. Trump seemed to question Antetokounmpo, saying that he might be as Greek as him.

"Your team is very good," Trump said, according to EuroHoops. "I would say the Greek (Freak) is a seriously good player. And tell me, who has more Greek in him, the Greek or me? I think we have about the same. He's a great player, maybe the best player in the NBA actually. He's supposed to be a very good guy too."
