Donovan Mitchell in action against the Brooklyn Nets

Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell was seen breaking out in a classic streetball move against the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday night. With the Cavs guard cooking against the Nets, we take a look at Mitchell using Shammgod to create some space for a 3-point shot.

Mitchell has proven himself to be one of the most adept scoring forces in the NBA. After a rather impressive run of games against the Denver Nuggets in the NBA bubble, Mitchell has solidified his reputation as one of the league's elite scorers.

Although he has found himself donning new threads this season, Mitchell has remained an absolute scoring machine. Having notched a career-high 71-point games this season, Mitchell continues to be a one-man offensive powerhouse.

As a guard, Mitchell has one of the deepest bags in the NBA. He put this on full display in Cleveland's game against the Brooklyn Nets.

Mitchell was seen pulling out a classic streetball move known as the 'Shammgod' to settle into a 3-point shot against the Nets.

"Shammgod" is a real favorite in the basketball sphere given the impact it has on crowds. With players such as Manu Ginobili popularizing the move, the 'Shammgod' has seen several iterations since.

Mitchell's use of the move features an inverted variation, which sees him push the ball to the right and pull it back with the same hand. Although he didn't create much space with the move, the Cavs guard managed to settle into a rhythm to score a contested 3-point shot.

Given the kind of moves Mitchell was attempting, it was evident that he was feeling it. The fact that he has gone 5-9 from beyond the arc for the game is the only reassurance for the same.
