Milwaukee Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo had a ferocious dunk on Wednesday (Mar. 29) night against the Indiana Pacers.
That came early in the third quarter when Antetokounmpo bulldozed into the lane through his former teammate Jordan Nwora. Antetokounmpo sent Nwora flying before finishing a one-handed slam over a helpless defender Isaiah Jackson.

Giannis Antetokounmpo's Milwaukee Bucks cruise past Indiana Pacers for league-best 55th win
Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks cruised past the Indiana Pacers 149-136 on Wednesday in what was an offensive onslaught from the Bucks.
Star guard Jrue Holiday led the way for Milwaukee with a career-high 51 points, eight rebounds and eight assists on 66.7% shooting. Antetokounmpo added a triple-double with 38 points, 17 rebounds and 12 assists on 77.8% shooting. The Bucks shot a whopping 62.4% (58 for 93).
Meanwhile, the Pacers were led by rookie shooting guard Bennedict Mathurin, who finished with 29 points, nine rebounds, two assists and two steals on 52.4% shooting.
The win marked redemption for the Bucks, who fell 139-123 to the Pacers on March 16. Following that loss, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer spoke about his team’s difficulty keeping up with Indiana’s pace of play:
“They’re just relentless, they keep coming. They keep (the pace) up, that’s how they play every night. They’re well-coached. They know what they’re doing. They’re just kind of relentless in transition.”
Milwaukee had no trouble keeping up with Indiana’s pace in Wednesday’s rematch as evidenced by the team’s massive point total.
With the win, the Bucks improved to a league-best 55-21 record. They now sit a full three games ahead of second-placed Boston Celtics (52-24) in the Eastern Conference with six games remaining.
Indiana (33-44, 12th in the East) has lost four straight games as they continue to slip out of play-in tournament reckoning. The Pacers are three and a half games behind the tenth-placed Chicago Bulls (36-40) with five games remaining.
