Tim Duncan has been retired for some time now, but the Hall of Fame big man appears to be keeping himself in good shape. A recent video surfaced of him joking messing around with some professional fighters.

During his playing career, Tim Duncan had a quiet personality. This has followed him into retirement as we don't hear much from the San Antonio Spurs legend. Outside of his brief stint as an assistant coach, his life after basketball has been primarily out of the limelight.

Luke Rockhold is a former UFC middleweight champion who recently had a run-in with a pair of NBA Hall of Famers. While attending an event in San Antonio, he got to spend some time with Duncan and fellow Spurs legend David Robinson.

While chopping it up backstage, Duncan and Rockhold decided to do some wrestling themselves. By the end, the MMA fighter was so impressed he jokingly asked Duncan why he was still in this good of shape.

Duncan's playing days ended in 2016, and based on this video, he's appears to still be putting an emphasis on his physical health.

Before retiring, Rockhold had a successful career as a professional MMA fighter. He began his career back in 2007 and made the decision to retire in the summer of 2022. In that time, he competed in a total of 22 bouts and won 16 of them. Of those 16 wins, nearly half of them came by knockout.

Before getting into it with Duncan, Rockhold likely talked a lot about basketball with the pair of San Antonio Spurs legends. Growing up, his father played professionally overseas. The game ran in his family, but he opted to begin wrestling at a young age and never looked back.

Rockhold retired from the UFC, but recently made the decision to keep his fighting career going. A few weeks ago, he inked a deal to join "Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship," a bare-knuckle boxing promotion that is based out of Philadelphia.
