Devin Booker might be ready to play another sport after showing off his throwing arm on the football field. Booker is still enjoying the offseason and recently took to the field to throw some footballs. He even hit a 50-foot-yard pass like a top NFL quarterback.
In the video below, Booker could be seen on a football field late in the day as the sun was almost down. He had a football in his hand, and one of his buddies was running down the field almost 50 yards away from him.
The Phoenix Suns superstar showed off his arm strength by throwing a rocket right at his friend. He felt great after the throw, although he almost tripped on his dog.

Devin Booker loves the Detroit Lions
Devin Booker didn't play high school football and was more focused on being a basketball star for Grandville in Michigan and then Moss Point in Mississippi. Nevertheless, Booker was a huge fan of the sport and has been seen in several NFL games over the years.
Being raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Booker grew up a huge fan of the Detroit Lions. The NFL franchise has struggled for decades, although they found success last year when they were one win away from making the Super Bowl, losing to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game.
When the Lions finally won their first playoff game since 1991, Booker spoke to Arizona Sports about the importance of it.
"I've never seen it. This one's for the whole city, for the whole state. There have been a lot of Sundays of family gatherings that all turned out the same. So now for them to be in the position they are, I don’t think they’ve done it since '91 and I wasn't alive then, it's history right before us," Booker said.
Kevin Garnett makes bold statement about Devin Booker
Hall of Famer and one-time NBA champion Kevin Garnett made a bold statement about Devin Booker, Bradley Beal and the Phoenix Suns. Garnett is not afraid to put the Suns on the pedestal despite getting swept in the first round of last season's playoffs.
Booker is coming off a productive summer with Team USA, winning his second Olympic gold medal alongside Kevin Durant. He played his role to perfection and was even called the unsung hero of the team by coach Steve Kerr.
Garnett took it to the next level by calling Booker and Beal as potential MVP candidates next season.
"Devin Booker can be an MVP, you know what I’m saying? Beal, he can be an MVP. These guys, they got it, bro," Garnett said.
