"We like LeBron and D Wade" - Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders compare themselves to Splash Brothers and legendary Heat duo

In just his first year, Deion Sanders has turned the University of Colorado football team into a national phenomenon. The rising names in Boulder include Coach Prime's son, Shedeur Sanders, the star quarterback, while Travis Hunter is the star wide receiver and cornerback.

The two college standouts made the short trip to Denver for the Nuggets opener against the LA Lakers on Tuesday. The Colorado youngsters sat courtside and were given the star treatment.

As most young people would do courtside, the two football stars had to film a video on the hardwood. The two shared a story on social media debating which NBA star duo they compared themselves to. They had lofty comparisons.

“We like LeBron and D Wade,” Travis Hunter said. “Or like Steph and Klay,” Shedeur Sanders said.

The two young prospects have certainly made some spectacular plays this season. However, Hunter wanted to know that if they were the Splash Bros, who would get the last shot, aka who is Curry?

“Who the shooter?” Travis Hunter asked. “Me,” Shedeur Sanders said with a laugh.

Sanders is the bigger star at the moment, as the quarterback is having a standout season. Hunter, meanwhile, missed a few games with a lacerated liver.
