Prime Cup Basketball in Nepal: Defending champions Trinity win second in a row

Action of DAY 3 between Trinity and RIA in the Prime Cup 2013

Defending champions Trinity won their second match in a row, defeating Reliance International Academy (RIA) 52-39 on Day 3 of the ongoing Prime Cup Basketball tournament here in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Trinity took the first three quarters 12-07, 11-09 and 18-09 respectively to win the match. RIA tried to come back in the match by taking the last quarter 14-11, but it was too late to stop Trinity from winning their second match in a row. Sandesh Tamamg netted a game-high 18 points for the winners while Manish Raut netted 10 points for RIA.
