Con: Injuries

All NBA teams hire the best physicians available but still, the medical staff of certain franchises have proven to be more effective in taking care of their players far better than the rest. And it's not that the Cavaliers are among the worst, it's just that with Wade come the issue and recovery program of his knees.

Wade is 35 years old and is entering his 15th season in the league. He's made the Playoffs 12 of those 15 years, including five trips to the Finals. Therefore, there's a lot of mileage on his body and more importantly his knees.

The knee injuries aren't a prediction, Wade's had to nurse them many a time in the past few years to keep his career afloat. Most of the latter half of his four years with James in Miami, he never played back-to-backs in order to remain healthy for the Playoffs.
If he were to suffer an unfortunate injury, replacing him would be a huge problem for the Cavaliers especially if it comes after he has solidified his place and gotten comfortable in the rotation.
