Michael Carter-Williams of the Philadelphia 76ers is set to be named NBA Rookie of the Year, according to sources. Carter-Williams averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 assists and 6.2 rebounds this year. He had one of the best rookie seasons in Sixers’ history.
