Sri Lanka U16 girls' team in Malaysia to prepare for FIBA ASIA U16 Championship

Sri Lanka under 16 Women’s Basketball team is now in Malaysia to prepare for the upcoming 3rd FIBA Asia U16 championship for women to be held in Sri Lankan capital from 23 to 30 November 2013.

The Sri Lanka Basketball Federation along with FIBA ASIA are hosting the 3rd FIBA Asia U16 Basketball Championship for women in Srilanka with the participation of 12 countries from the Asian region.

Team team played series of friendly matches with local Malaysian Clubs as well as Malaysian U16 team. Sri Lanka along with India will represent South Asia in the championship.
