#3 LeBron James takes on Giannis Antetokounmpo's Milwaukee Bucks (March 6th, 2020)

Though this game read Lakers vs. Bucks, most of the headlines were Lebron vs. Giannis. LeBron got the win with 37 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists. Even with these stats, the highlight of LeBron James’ performance was his defense. When asked about the victory, Lakers coach Frank Vogel said -

“What was more impressive to me was [Lebron's] defense on Giannis … For him to take on that assignment and still do what he did offensively, just an incredible performance."

He made sure his triple-double spoke louder than the tenacity of his opponents and in the end, proved to be dominant again in the clutch.

He showed his immense leadership in this situation with 2019 being Anthony Davis’ first year as a Laker. Lebron James capped off the series in Game 6 by completing his 11th Finals triple-double, taking the series at 4 wins and 2 losses.

He walked off the court after 41 hard-fought minutes with 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists to win his first championship with the Lakers. It was his 4th finals victory and 4th NBA Finals MVP Award. This made LeBron James the 4th player in NBA history to win a championship for three different franchises, and the 1st to win NBA Finals MVP with three different teams.

LeBron James' 2020 NBA Finals clinching victory over the Heat was his most monumental game thus far in his outfit as a Los Angeles Laker.
