#3 Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant made an exceptional comeback for the Brooklyn Nets despite missing the entire 2019-20 NBA season. He sustained an Achilles injury in the 2019 NBA Finals and did not feature in the league until the 2020-21 season.

However, his return to NBA action was astonishing. He resumed play as if he never left it, putting together intriguing performances. In the 35 games he played for the Brooklyn Nets last season, Durant averaged 26.9 points, 7.1 points and 5.9 assists per game.

Durant is arguably the most effective scorer in the NBA. He makes scoring look easy, as he has a plethora of ways to score on any defender. In the 2021 NBA playoffs, he registered a historic 49 points, ten assists, and 17 rebounds, and played every second of the game. He also shot 45% from beyond the arc on an average of 5.4 attempts.

#2 Kyrie Irving

Kyrie Irving is the best ball handler in the league by a healthy margin. His accurate shooting is perhaps his best attribute.

The 2020-21 NBA season was a relatively successful one for Irving, despite his campaign ending with him on the sidelines and the Brooklyn Nets crashing out of the 2021 NBA playoffs in the semi-finals. The Nets were favored to go all the way, but fell to eventual champions, Milwaukee Bucks, in seven games.

Irving ended the season by earning his membership to the exclusive 50-40-90 club. The last time a player achieved that was during the 2018-19 NBA season.

In 54 games he played for the Brooklyn Nets during the 2020-21 NBA season, Irving averaged 26.9 points while shooting 40.2% from beyond the arc on 7.4 attempts per game.

#1 Joe Harris

Joe Harris led the NBA in 3-point shooting, averaging 47.5% while attempting 6.4 shots per game. He ended the season with a 14.1-point average to help the Brooklyn Nets finish second in the Eastern Conference standings.

Despite his stellar shooting from the perimeter during the regular season, Harris was not reliable during the playoffs. When push came to shove, the 30-year-old lost his shooting range as the pressure mounted.

Harris ended the playoffs shooting 40.2% from range, a figure that would have been way higher had he converted on the open shots he got. Heading into the 2021-22 season, Harris remains the Brooklyn Nets' most lethal shooter.
