Twitter Pays Homage to Kobe Bryant after emotional Jersey Retirement

Kobe Bryant got immortalized forever on Monday night after the Los Angeles Lakers retired both his jerseys (#8 and #24) with a halftime ceremony during the team's contest against the Golden State Warriors.

The 5-time NBA Champion spent all of his twenty years in the league with the purple and gold franchise and the management honored in the best way possible. While the team and the franchise paid homage to him on the court at Staples Center, many who couldn't make it, let their emotions known on Twitter beforehand or just as the jerseys were revealed:
