On Thursday night, the parody X handle NBACentel posted a video of someone who looks like Draymond Green working out at a yoga studio in Los Angeles. The person in question is not Green but only a lookalike. Also, one could easily notice that the lookalike is shorter than the six-foot-six Green.

However, the video still drew laughs from NBACentel's followers as the Green lookalike looked too energetic in his aerobics routine while the others, predominantly girls, were in serious mode.

NBACentel posted a portion of a video released by Atlanta-based EFFECT Fitness on its TikTok account.

Draymond Green's suspension: a recap

Draymond Green was slapped with a five-game ban for his role in a brawl early into the recent game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Green seemingly choked Rudy Gobert, which intensified instead of pacified the commotion that began between Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels.

Green, Thompson, and McDaniels were ejected from the game, while Gobert, who was after all trying to mediate between Thompson and McDaniels before Green grabbed him in the neck, stayed in the game that the Timberwolves eventually won.

Asked for a comment on Green's choke on him, Gobert curtly said (via Bleacher Report):

“That’s just clown behavior. My first thought was just, ‘I’m not going to fight. I need to be in this game to help my team.’ I just showed the ref that I had my hands up, and I just waited until the situation was over. Nothing more than that.”

Gobert, though, downplayed Green's actions on him, saying that “it wasn’t a good enough choke to put me to sleep.”

Despite getting spared from in-game sanctions, Gobert was still slapped with a $25,000 fine along with Thompson and McDaniels.

However, Draymond Green, who was "suspended five games without pay" by NBA head of basketball operations Joe Dumars, is bound to lose nearly $770,000 worth of salary.

Green's suspension began on Thursday night as soon as the Golden State Warriors game against the Oklahoma City Thunder began.

The ongoing clash began a two-game series between the two teams at the Chase Center, with the quick rematch happening on Saturday night.

Green will also miss the Golden State Warriors game against the Houston Rockets at home, the Phoenix Suns on the road, and the San Antonio Spurs back at the Chase Center.

The 33-year-old is expected to suit up again when the Warriors visit the Sacramento Kings in a nationally televised NBA In-Season Tournament game on Nov. 28.
