Dwight Howard will eventually end up in the Basketball Hall of Fame. As one of the dominant centers of the 2000s, he won the Defensive Player of the Year award multiple times. Howard last played in the NBA last season for the Lakers, and the team could use him again this year. The Lakers don’t have a strong inside presence once Anthony Davis sits down. Howard and Westbrook running the pick-and-roll with the bench unit could be interesting.
The 6-foot 10-inch center could also be a big help to the defending champion Golden State Warriors.
