How to unlock the park vault in Warzone?

Bunker 10 is located just south of the Park area in Verdansk. If you're scanning the map as you drop in, look along the hillside below Park, and you’ll spot a reinforced concrete structure partially hidden by terrain. This is the entrance to the vault.
