James Walker Howard IV, better known as Walker Howard, is a college football quarterback for the Ole Miss Rebels as of 2024. Hailing from Lafayette, Louisiana, United States, he started his football career with St. Thomas More Catholic High School. There, he represented his school team the St. Thomas More Cougars, and was considered as one of the top quarterback prospects from the Class of 2022.
Walker Howard joined the LSU Tigers for his college football career after the end of his high school career. He was a part of the LSU Tigers for the 2022 and the 2023 seasons, during which, he competed in the Citrus Bowl in 2023. He entered the transfer portal following the end of the 2023 college football season and joined the Ole Miss Rebels for the 2023-2024 season. Throughout his three-year college football career, Walker Howard has participated in six games and achieved 33 rushing yards in six attempts.
