Appearance
Each weapon has two forms, one when it is initially summoned and another once it has reached a certain level of ascension. Once this occurs, the weapon will undergo a change in its design. Everlasting Moonglow is a twin circle of jasper with golden coral pieces attached to the outer ring

The "pearl and waves" emblem of the Sangonomiya is said to represent the waves that embrace Watatsumi,

Its %HP substat makes it pretty unattractive to damage focused characters who would prefer a more offensive substat to supplement their damage. For characters with an emphasis on healing, and having HP scaling in their kits, there is not an option in the game that comes close to comparing to how much Everlasting Moonglow has to offer.
Who are some of the best users of Everlasting Moonglow?
It is the single best weapon in the game for both Kokomi and Barbara. Both are healers who desire large amounts of HP to be able to heal more and the former even has damage based on her total HP thanks to her Elemental Burst. Everlasting Moonglow allows them to put out as much healing as possible while even being able to contribute significantly towards damage.

Everlasting Monglow is the best Catalyst in the game for characters focused on healing. It is somewhat nichein terms of its usage in this regard, seeing as there are only a relative few characters that can maximize its %HP substat, but for the characters that can use it it stands head and shoulders above the rest
