Festering Desire was available during “The Chalk Prince and the Dragon” event in version 1.2 during the main event questline. Its refinement material “Festering Dragon Marrow” was purchasable from the Event Shop using event currency.This is currently the only method known to obtain this weapon, and it is unknown if it will make another appearance after the event has finished.
