From a new storyline to a new set of demons to fight, Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance has significant additions over the original release from 2021. Already present in Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance
The protagonist: A Nahobino who faces off against demons and attends the Jouin High School as a student in his third year.
Aogami: He is a mysterious personality who fuses with the protagonist to become Nahobino.
Tao Isonokami: She attends the same school as the protagonist and knows about the existence of demons.
Yuzuru Atsuta: He is known by the protagonist from school as a person who strongly believes in justice.
Ichiro Dazai: Becomes part of Bethel and has a personality of not worrying too much about things.
Miyazu Atsuta: She has a shy personality and is a younger sister to Yuzuru.
Hayao Koshimizu: He is Japan’s prime minister and the leader of Bethel in Japan.
Sahori Itsukishima: Attends the same high school as the protagonist and gets abducted by a demon while the school is under attack.
Amanozako: A demon with a happy personality who goes on adventures with the protagonist and slowly starts to have affection towards him.
Sophia: She helps the protagonist in the process of fusing demons and similar activities.
Gustave: He is the leader of the group of Miniman and can be found in Cadaver’s Hollow selling goods.
Shohei Yakumo: A man on a mission to kill all the demons that come his way.
Nuwa: A demon with a mysterious personality who has aided Shohei ever since he was a kid.
Abdiel: She is responsible for leading the forces of Bethel.
Lahmu: A God desperately trying to locate his other half to get to the throne.
New characters added to Shin Megami Tensei 5 Vengeance
Yoko Hiromine: Yoko Hiromine is almost the same age as our protagonist who is a student at Saint Marina’s Academy. Ever since she was young, she had the unique ability to use magic which made others think of her as a Saint.
Lilith: The world used to think of Lilith as the originator of death and disease and she was part of the Mesopotamian mythology as the storm demon.
Naamah: She was Lilith’s ally who could swap between various forms. She also has a history of playing with men’s feelings and choking babies to death when they are fast asleep.
Eisheth Zenunim: Her name translates to “Woman of Whoredom.” and she is also referred to as the ruler of Gamaliel.
Agrat bat Mahlat: She was known as the spirit of wisdom since she had a history of leading over 180,000 spirits. Agrat Bat Mahalat was also the biggest enemy of Lilith at one point in time.
Mastema: She is the angel of persecution who has the responsibility to take care of punishments on behalf of God.
