The Alley Flash was introduced as a featured weapon in version 1.4 as an event wish exclusive 4 Star Weapon. Although it has Elemental Mastery as a secondary stat, this weapon is known for its incredibly high Base ATK, as it has one greater than many 5 Star Swords and every 4 Star Sword. The lore of this weapon focuses more on the person who wielded this sword rather than the sword itself. This weapon was used by Parsifal, who robbed the rich and then distributed it to the poor.

How to get The Alley Flash in Genshin Impact?
The Alley Flash is an event exclusive 4 Star weapon and it means that the only way to obtain this weapon is by wishing on a banner which features this weapon. However, unlike a 5 star weapon, which can be obtained for sure by charting an Epitomized Path, there is no way to guarantee the Alley Flash. There is a chance that you might get this weapon every 10 pulls from the last 4 star or 5 star weapon.

Story
A mighty and noble longsword that bursts forth like a flash of light from the depths of the night.
To the end, not even once was the sword's edge marred by blood.
It is said that over the generations, many swords crafted for the noblest of knights have been based on this design.
The darkened blade blended into the nights of yore with ease,
For in those days, people feared to light fires in the nighttime.
According to the songs of some bards, it was stained black during the age of the aristocracy.
Reading the tales and songs of his upright ancestors sowed seeds of rebellion in the young noble's heart.
When the time came, he forsook his venerable house, stole this sword, and hid himself in the streets.
There he roamed the dark alleys and taverns like the common folk, and put his noble swordsmanship to use by robbing the rich to give to the poor.
Under cover of night, the sword from an opulent arsenal leaped across roofs and streets in the hands of one with equally noble blood.
The blade's pristine edge remained unblemished, as did the heart of the gentleman thief who had forsaken his corrupt lineage.
But wine and song and youth would fade, and many things would happen.
In the end, when under moonlight he buried his beloved blade and fled across the sea,
He remembered that night when he had stolen it from his family's vault,
And he remembered his vow to his family, to past and present, to his land, and to his sworn brother Eberhart:
"Even if only by a little, I want to use my strength to turn this dark world around."
Trivia
- In the CBT, the Alley Flash had CRIT Rate as a secondary stat and buffed ATK after sprinting as a passive.
- Alley Flash has the highest base ATK of all 4 Star weapons of this type. In addition, it is beaten only by two other weapons of this type, Aquila Favonia and Mistsplitter Reforged, both 5 Star weapons.
- Of all weapons that provide Elemental Mastery, the Alley Flash provides the least. This Includes 3 star weapons as well.
FAQs
How do you get alley flash?
Currently, there is only one way to obtain the Alley Flash. This is done by wishing on the Epitome Invocation banner while this weapon is featured in it. This means that this weapon is event-exclusive and can not be obtained in any other way.
Is the alley flash still obtainable?
If the Alley Flash is not a featured weapon, it is not obtainable. This is because of its gacha mechanic where it is not added to the normal roster where you can pull 4 Stars from, making it so that it is obtainable only if you wish for it while it is featured.
Who is the alley flash good for?
If you do not have an Aquila Favonia or a Mistsplitter Reforged, this is the best in slot weapon for Bennet. His buffs are based on Base ATK, which is the ATK stat without the percentages. This weapon provides the most of it apart from those two, maximizing the ATK buff inside his burst.
Final Thoughts
While it does not have the best secondary stat or refinement passive, this weapon is still a strong option for characters like Bennet who rely a lot on Base ATK. This is also a good option for units which generally benefit from Base ATK, making this weapon strong. However, despite being a good option for these characters, the usability of this weapon is pretty slim. Without a shield, holding on to its passive is difficult and the low EM takes characters like Kazuha who are heavily reliant on EM out of the picture as well. Only pull for this weapon if you really think you need it for Bennet, as a prototype Rancour can do a good job as well.
