He is known for his 3-5-2 Formation and has won three back-to-back Serie A titles with Juventus. He was appointed as Chelsea Manager in 2016 and was successful in implementing his 3-5-2 formation in England, making Chelsea the premier league winners in 2016-17 season against all odds.
