Quarterback Tom Brady has been retired from football for nearly four months yet he's already making a positive impact on the next wave of quarterbacks.

Bryce Young, CJ Stroud, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis were the top four quarterbacks selected in this year's draft. On Thursday, they had lunch with Tom Brady at Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin’s house and discussed brand building and business. Brady also gave the rookies advice entering the league.

Brady posted pictures on his Instagram with the players and rapper Travis Scott who was with them.

Brady said:

"Such a special day being able to speak with and learn from four young professional qbs. @bryceyoung @cj7stroud @anthonyrichardson @will_levis. I appreciate the invitation @michaelrubin and I think I had more fun than everyone there. 🤣🤣🤣One of my idols , @steveyoung encouraged me always to “pay it forward”. Now that I’ve come to the end of my 23 year journey I am so excited to watch and help the next group reach their potential as athletes, as teammates, and men working to bring the best out of themselves and the communities they represent."
"We got to spend many hours, talking, learning, and discussing what it takes to be your best. In my opinion, hard work, and consistent discipline are two critical ingredients to that formula."
"I loved listening to and learning from @travisscott about his amazing journey as well, and couldn’t be more amazed by his incredible accomplishments, as a musician, entrepreneur, creative visionary and artist in every sense of the word (not to mention a great guy.) Thanks again fellas! Until the next time ✌🏼"

During the lunch at Rubin's house, Tom Brady gave all the rookies some advice.

Will Levis was the only one of the four QBs to not go in the first round. Many expected Levis to be a first-round pick, but he slid into the second. Brady told him it wasn't a big deal.

“Going in the second-round, in the end it’s not a big deal."

Brady then said that Bryce Young going number one overall is cool but not much of a big deal besides making more money on his rookie deal.

“Going first overall, in the end it’s not a big deal. It’s great. You got opportunity. You are probably going to be paid more than anyone for a time period."

As Brady mentioned in his Instagram caption he's taking his turn to pay it forward with the young guys. Maybe we will see more of Brady helping out younger QBs coming into the NFL for years to come.

Young, Stroud, Richardson, and Levis had the opportunity of a lifetime to have lunch with and learn from Brady.
