Jamie Erdahl (Buckman) was hired as the new co-host of NFL Network's 'Good Morning Football' last spring after Kay Adams left the position. While the morning show co-host doesn't speak much about her personal life on television, she does document important milestones on social media. This includes her Instagram and Twitter accounts.

She is married to Sam Buckman since July 2017. The two began dating in 2014 and then got married just a few years later.

Buckman played football at the University of Michigan for four years, where he was a kicker. He didn't pursue a professional football career though, instead worked as a sales and marketing representative. He appears to keep his working and private life quite private as his social media accounts are locked.

The couple has two children together, both daughters - A three-year-old named Brooke and a one-year-old named Avery.

Erdahl was also a college athlete, having played softball and basketball at St. Olaf College before transferring to American University.

Jamie Erdahl got her start covering sports as a student-athlete in college. She worked for the school newspaper and media channel before graduating from American university.

She got her first job working at New England Sports Network or NESN. She worked in the studio as well as covering the Boston Red Sox as a sideline reporter.

In 2014, in New England Sports Network, she was named the ringside reporter for the Boston Bruins. Yet, she continued to work in the channel's studio doing pre-game and post-game coverage for area teams.

Jamie Erdahl got her first big break in broadcasting when she was hired to be the sideline reporter every Saturday for the SEC on CBS Prime Game in 2014.

She was covering some of the biggest games in college football each week alongside Brad Nessler and Gary Danielson. During college basketball season, she also covers March Madness as a sideline reporter for CBS, TNT, and Tru TV.

In May 2022, NFL Network announced that Erdahl was chosen to replace Kay Adams as the lead co-host for 'Good Morning Football'. It is one of the biggest morning sports shows in the industry. She joined Kyle Brandt and Peter Schrager along with a guest co-host every morning.

She still works for the CBS Sports Network also and has been a fixture at March Madness games this season.
