Kay Adams is an American television host and sports anchor who has hosted a series of shows over the years. Adams is one of the more popular anchors in NFL media, as she has helmed many programs, the most famous of which was Good Morning Football on NFL.

She anchored the show to a great following, earning an Emmy award nomination thanks to the team's efforts. However, to the surprise of viewers, fans, and followers, Adams announced her departure from the show in May 2022.
