Kay has been updating fans on the progress of her pregnancy since she made it public. The first pregnancy post went:

"We created an angel before heaven gained one," Kay wrote while posting maternity photos in August 2022 on Instagram.
"All you wanted to be was a father, and I know you will be the best one from above. I can't believe I have to do it without you, but knowing I will have a piece of you to keep me going. I can't wait to meet the person that is half you, half me. I love you forever, both of you."

What happened to Spencer Webb?

Spencer Webb died on July 31, 2022, after he sustained a head injury during a trip to Oregon's Triangle Lake, USA. According to reports, the sheriff's department received reports that an individual was hurt near the area's rock slides, sloped rocky formations that visitors use as "natural water slides."

On arrival, resident authorities said that they discovered Spencer Webb unconscious "approximately 100 yards down the steep trail" after falling and banging his head. Authorities said that there was no evidence of foul play.

Webb was only 22 when he died, and he was said to have a solid future ahead of him on the gridiron. Unfortunately, all that ended when the accident happened, and he couldn't fully recover from the injuries he sustained in the freak accident.
