The Denver Broncos selected Peyton Hillis in the seventh round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He spent two years with them before being acquired by his hometown team, the Cleveland Browns, in 2010. His career with the Browns lasted only two years, and he went on to play for the Kansas City Chiefs and the New York Giants before retiring in 2015.

He carried 2,832 yards on 696 attempts and scored 23 running touchdowns throughout his seven-year career.
