2017 NASCAR championship race: Drivers, standings, rules, schedule
After Sunday's race at Phoenix, the four-driver championship race next Sunday at Homestead-Miami Speedway is set.
Brad Keselowski joined Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick, Martin Truex Jr. in the Championship 4 after Sunday's 16th-place finish at Phoenix Raceway, the penultimate race of the season.
Chase Elliott was in position to advance to the title race with a win but Matt Kenseth had other plans. Kenseth passed Elliott with 10 laps to go and held on for the win, allowing Keselowski to advance on points.

The remaining four drivers will have their points and playoff points reset to 5,000 for the final race.

Just like the other 35 races, there will be stage racing at Homestead next Sunday. Unlike the other races, points will not be awarded to drivers finishing in the top 10 of each stage. Instead, the highest-placing Championship 4 driver at the end of the 400-mile race will be crowned NASCAR Cup Series champion.
