#3 Joe Harris – 90

It would be fair to say that Joe Harris deserved a place in the top five after his exemplary shooting performances the past season. Harris has been a regular feature in the Nets’ starting lineup the past three years and has made good use of the offensive talent that they possess.

The 2020-21 NBA season was the second time in three years that Joe Harris led the league in overall three-point shooting percentage. He edged out his previous career-best of 47.4% by .1% and averaged 14.1 points while attempting 6.4 three-pointers per game. The fact that he was also second in the league through the regular season with respect to overall shooting efficiency after Rudy Gobert only makes his claim stronger.

#2 Klay Thompson- 95

Klay Thompson is among the best three-point shooters that the NBA has ever seen. He hasn’t played a single game since game 6 of the 2018 NBA finals and is still among the top two. Thompson has never shot at less than 40% from the three-point zone throughout his career and averaged more than 20 points during each of his past five seasons.

The Golden State Warriors will be itching to see Thompson reunite with the likes of Stephen Curry and Draymond Green. His return is expected to make them playoff contenders again, with both of the best two shooters in the game on the Golden State Warriors’ roster.

#1 Stephen Curry – 99

In what is the smallest surprise for this year’s ratings, Stephen Curry is the best three-point shooter in the game with a rating of 99. He had an incredible season the last time around which came after a difficult 2019-20 season during which he played only five games.

The season also became the first time that Stephen Curry shot at less than 40% from the 3-point zone, although his return to form and fitness has been a treat to watch. Curry averaged 32 points per game last season and averaged 12.7 3-point attempts per game while getting 42.1% of them on target.
