Drafted by the Orlando Magic with the first overall pick in the 2004 NBA draft, Dwight Howard dominated the league with his defensive skills and even won the Defensive Player of the Year awards in three consecutive seasons. A career filled with accolades, he also won the Slam Dunk Contest in 2008 for his thunderous jams.

In his prime, he was known for pulling down a lot of rebounds and was a walking double-double machine. He is a 5-time rebounding leader and will go down as one of the most dominant centers of all-time.

During the 2017-18 season, Howard achieved something only he could have in the modern day basketball when he scored 32 points and grabbed 30 rebounds against the Nets. 11 of those rebounds have come on the offensive end and the Hornets walked out of Brooklyn with a convincing win over the Nets. This was the most recent instance when this rare feat was achieved by a player in the NBA.
