Jusuf Nurkic is third in the list of the heaviest players in today's NBA. The Portland Trail Blazers' center might not be as physically imposing as other players in the league who use their weight more effectively, but he is definitely a unit on the basketball court.

Nurkic, who will play in his eighth NBA season next year, is known as 'The Bosnian Bear', which says a lot about his physique. At a height of 6' 11'', Nurkic's weight is 290lb.

The Portland Trail Blazers' center has struggled with injuries in recent years, but he's been a solid player throughout his career. Nurkic averages 11.8 points and 8.2 rebounds per game in his NBA career.

Just looking at Boban Marjanovic, it is easy to understand how impressive of a physique he is on a basketball court. He is perhaps the most impressive player in today's NBA in terms of height, and he got to play quite a bit during the Dallas Mavericks' run in the 2021 NBA Playoffs.

Marjanovic stands at an incredible 7' 4'' and his listed weight is 290l, which is tied for the second-biggest weight among current NBA Players.

Marjanovic is an imposing player, though he was not used regularly by his NBA coaches. In the 2021 NBA Playoffs, Marjanovic finally had some playing time and he averaged 11.8 points and eight rebounds per game while playing 20 minutes per game.

#1 Tacko Fall

Tacko Fall is surely an impressive basketball player to watch, because his presence on the court (as uncommon as it has been) simply cannot be ignored by anyone. Fall has played in the NBA for two seasons with the Boston Celtics.

Fall stands at 7' 5'', being the tallest player in today's NBA. He is also the heaviest individual in the current league, carrying around 311lb.

The 25-year-old center is currently a free agent, and there are reports that the Boston Celtics did not give him a qualifying offer during the 2021 NBA offseason. His impressive frame could help him land a minor contract with an NBA team in the offseason, especially after playing for the Boston Celtics for a little less than the veteran's minimum.
