There is no doubt that the Bulls could beat either team in the second play-in game. However, they will first have to beat the Raptors in Canada in order to keep their playoff hopes alive.

The Bulls will play their matchup against Toronto on Wednesday. If they win, they will travel to either Atlanta or Miami for their final play-in matchup on Friday.

If they end up winning both play-in games, the Bulls will face off against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs. While the Bucks have the best record in the league, they have split the regular-season series with Chicago.
