No. 2: Brooklyn Nets, current season

Harden is currently off to his second-best season in shooting from the arc. Playing on one of the league's super teams, he is averaging 19.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 8.9 assists per game. His scoring has dropped substantially from previous seasons because of the new foul rules, limiting the number of trips he makes to the free-throw line.

However, Harden’s shooting from deep has improved and is the second best of his career at 38.9%.

No. 1: Oklahoma City Thunder, 2011-12

The 2011-12 season was the best for Harden in terms of 3-pointers. He made a career-high 39% percent from the arc, making 93 three pointers. Harden started just two games in 62 appearances and played a total of 1,946 minutes during the season.

Harden averaged 16.8 points 4.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists and made 312 of his 369 free throws as he earned him the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year award.

The Thunder swept the Dallas Mavericks in the first round of the playoffs, only to be beaten again by the Lakers 4-1 in the Western Conference semifinals. Frustrated with his lack of game time alongside superstars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, Harden refused a contract extension and was traded to Houston.
