Kyle Korver will consider the Lakers
As expected, the Phoenix Suns opted to waive Kyle Korver just a week after they received the veteran as part of a multi-player trade. At 38, Korver doesn't fit in with the Suns' emphasis on youth, although Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Korver will continue his career, and is considering the Lakers among other teams:

Korver, whose expiring contract could be waived for the cost of $3.4 million - will consider signing with the Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers once he clears waivers.
Korver spent two seasons playing with LeBron James in Cleveland, and the veteran would present the Lakers with much-needed shooting from three-point range. Korver sits fourth on the NBA's all-time three-point scoring list, and during his 54-game spell with the Jazz, the small forward shot 38% from beyond the arc.
