Grizzlies' three-pointer stats: 4-for-18 (22.2%)

Pistons' three-pointer stats: 16-for-40 (40.0%)

Both Grizzlies and Pistons are not great three-point shooting teams and are known for their shooting woes. However, it is a known fact that Grizzlies have better shooters who can knock them down from distance and that is what even the stats reveal as the Grizzlies are placed at 21st place in three-point shooting this season whereas the Pistons are placed at 29th.

Surprisingly, last night, the Grizzlies got outperformed by the Pistons from behind the arc as the visitors only shot 4-for-18 from distance. The Pistons felt at home and shot at a high accuracy of 40.0 % from distance.

While the Pistons attempted 40 three-pointers, the Grizzlies only attempted 18 and considering the rate at which the Pistons sank them, it played a huge difference in the outcome of the contest.
