Detroit Pistons are one of the worst teams when it comes to three-point shooting. They are one of the very few teams in the conference without a player who can just come in and knock them down from the distance.

Against the Pelicans, their three-point shooting weakness got exposed once again as they only shot 9-for-29 (31% from long range).

While Blake Griffin and Langston Gallaway combined for 8-for-17 from the three-point land, everyone else combined for forgettable 1-for-12 and on a night when the Pelicans shot 40 % from the three-point line, the Pistons could never really make a comeback into the game.

To make an impact this season in the playoffs, the Pistons should definitely trade for a three-point shooting specialist. For the Pelicans, Tim Frazier and Jrue Holiday combined for an impressive 8-for-13 from behind the arc.
