Paul George is having a career-best season. He averages 28.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.3 assists and is averaging a career best in points, rebounds, assists, and steals. George also had an impressive February, where he averaged 35.0 points. He also had four 40-point games in February.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are third in the Western Conference and look like a team that could come out of the Western Conference. Russell Westbrook is playing well this season, but has somewhat taken a backseat as Paul George is the go-to guy.

At this moment, Paul George is an undeniable MVP candidate. Yet, the talks did not start until recently. With a quarter of the regular season to go, George could use these games to surpass Antetokounmpo and Harden. Although it seems unlikely, a player like Paul George is capable of doing it.
