Six players scored in double-digits for the hosts.

The Sacramento Kings were up against the Memphis Grizzlies and Marc Gasol put together a double-double to hold off the Kings. In Washington, Wizards' struggle continued as they lost to the Brooklyn Nets, on the back of Jarrett Allen's double-double.

However, the game that stood out was between the Celtics and Raptors. The regulation period was not sufficient to decide the winner and the game ended in overtime with Celtics hanging on to the win.

#3 Kawhi Leonard

Stat line: 31 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals on 44.0 percent shooting

Kawhi Leonard has been phenomenal for his new team, Toronto Raptors and they are sitting firm at the top of the Eastern Conference and are currently a force to reckon with. Two nights after scoring 26 points on a brilliant shooting night, in a loss to Detroit Pistons, Leonard once shone but the Raptors fell to the Celtics in overtime.

He was money from mid-range and pulled up on several occasions to get easy buckets. Kawhi went 11-of-25 from the floor, with a field-goal percentage of 44 but was very efficient from the free-throw line with 9-for-11.

This is his fourth double-double of this season and has missed out twice after getting stranded on 9 rebounds. Despite Leonard's great performance, the Celtics ran away with the win in overtime, 123-116.

Kyrie Irving was not great in October and shot just 42.7 percent from the field and 30.6 percent from long range. However, he is now looking like his usual self and had two 30-point games this month, before this game. Playing against the Raptors, he did all he could to help the Celtics beat the Raptors.

With Kawhi being sensational, Boston needed Kyrie at his absolute best and that is how he delivered. He scored 43 points on hot 18-for-26 shooting, with a field-goal percentage of 69.2 to give Boston, their second-straight win.

He was sensational in the third quarter and scored 19 points to keep the Celtics in the game. With 1:43 left in the overtime, he made a pull-up jump shot to deliver the dagger and the Celtics successfully defended the home floor.
