Avery Bradley was one of the many players the LA Lakers reportedly expected to lose in NBA Free Agency 2020, and the guard has left the franchise to sign with the Miami Heat during this off-season.

The Heat needed more players who can make a difference on the defensive end, and Avery Bradley is among the best. The 29-year-old has the ability to shut down any given player on his day and will bring up the franchise's defensive ability massively.

The Miami Heat have now received reinforcements where they needed it most. With what they have now, the franchise could very well make another run at the Finals next season.

#2 Phoenix Suns sign Jae Crowder

The Phoenix Suns have been one of the most aggressive teams during this off-season, and they have refused to take their foot off the gas by signing Jae Crowder.

The 30-year-old is one of the most underrated two-way players in the league today. Crowder is an excellent wing defender but also has the ability to protect the rim on occasion. On offense, he is a reliable shooter and can make tough shots in clutch moments.

Given that the Phoenix Suns need defense and spacing, the signing of Jae Crowder could help them go that extra mile next season.

#1 Charlotte Hornets sign Gordon Hayward

The Charlotte Hornets have been one of the more irrelevant franchises in the NBA over the last few years. But the team is finally starting to make moves towards a better future.

After drafting LaMelo Ball, the franchise recently signed Gordon Hayward in NBA Free Agency 2020. The 30-year-old gives the franchise everything they need. On the defensive end, Hayward is very capable and can guard almost all positions. He is incredibly versatile and could even be considered elite.

Overall, Gordon Hayward bolsters the Charlotte Hornets massively and could be the reason the team takes a significant leap next season.
