Detroit Pistons legend Isiah Thomas is an ardent fan of LeBron James. The 2-time NBA championship winner has been quite vocal in his support of the 35-year-old in the 'Greatest of all time' debate. In his latest tweet, Thomas can be seen taking LeBron James' side in the discussion once again. You can check out the tweet here-

However, it doesn't come as a surprise, considering the fact that Thomas is a well-known adversary of NBA legend and former Chicago Bulls shooting guard Michael Jordan.

Michael Jordan and Isiah Thomas had a well-documented rivalry in the late 80s when the Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls clashed in the playoffs several times. Their mutual distaste was also evident in the popular documentary 'The Last Dance'.

Isiah Thomas has expressed his love for LeBron James' game multiple times in the past. Whenever the question is put in front of him, the legendary point guard never hesitates to let his preference for LeBron James over Michael Jordan be known to the fans and experts. Apart from his on-court influence, Thomas has also commended LeBron James' work in the areas of social justice and philanthropy.

The Michael Jordan vs LeBron James argument has been present for a while now and picked up again this year when the LA Lakers reached the NBA finals. Jordan boasts of 3 more rings than LeBron James, however, that could change very soon with the Lakers on the verge of winning the NBA Finals against the Miami Heat.
