The Miami Heat will head into the All-Star break at the top of the Eastern Conference standings as they hold an identical record to the Chicago Bulls (38-21). Miami has looked like one of the most dangerous teams in the league when they are healthy. One of the major reasons behind Miami's impressive play this year has been young sharpshooter Tyler Herro.

Herro continues to look like the runaway favorite to win the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award. The young guard continues to be one of the most dangerous assets off the bench in the entire NBA.

Herro only played one game last week after being sidelined with an injury, but he's continued to impress throughout the year. So far this season, Herro is averaging 20.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
