#2 Jabari Parker - Chicago Bulls
Jabari Parker signed with the Chicago Bulls this summer, after spending four years with the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks drafted him with the second overall pick of the 2014 NBA draft, and during his four seasons on the Bucks, Parker averaged 15.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.1 assists. Parker, however, opted to join the Bulls on a two-year $40 million deal, after the Bulls retracted their qualifying offer.
So far this season, Parker has averaged 15.2 points per game, while shooting 45% from the field. Despite this, the Bulls have recently omitted Parker from the team's rotation, and it is believed that the team is willing to trade him.
Despite being only 23, Parker already has four seasons of NBA experience behind him, and he is likely to continue to develop. The Utah Jazz and New York Knicks have both been credited with an interest, and discussions for Parker could begin in the next few days.
