Markelle Fultz was the number one pick of the 2017 draft, although he has struggled with both injuries and form during his early time in the NBA. Fultz played in just 14 games last season, averaging 7.1 points, 3.8 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game, and the youngster has reportedly been made available for trade by the Philadelphia 76ers.

The point guard failed to score from behind the arc last season, and during the current season, Fultz is shooting just .419 from the field. While the Magic are aware that Fultz could prove to be a bust, his value is currently at an all-time low, and the Magic would have to give up little to acquire the Sixers man.

The 20-year-old evidently still has untapped potential, and Orlando's lessened profile will allow Fultz to rebuild his confidence in a small market. Ultimately, the Magic wouldn't risk much by signing Fultz, although they could gain a huge amount.
