The Phoenix Suns will have a very difficult task to acquire Lonzo Ball, although this doesn't mean that they won't try. The struggling franchise reportedly attempted to get the Lakers guard when the Los Angeles team announced their interest in Trevor Ariza, although Magic Johnson was ultimately unwilling to trade a 21-year-old guard for a 33-year-old signed to just a one year deal.

There is little doubt that Ball would be able to play alongside fellow guard, Devin Booker, and having the young trio of Ball, Booker, and DeAndre Ayton would be incredibly exciting for the Suns franchise. In 36 games this season, Ball has averaged 9.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, while shooting 32 percent from three-point range.

Ultimately, Ball would be a great fit for the Phoenix Suns, although any move depends on Anthony Davis heading to the Lakers, and the Suns' ability to enter the trade as a third team.
